What is the most difficult aspect of Islam or being a Muslim, and what are ways to overcome these difficulties?
The most difficult aspect of Islam, in my opinion, is realizing that Islam itself is not difficult at all. It is us that makes it difficult. For example, if you treat the five daily prayers as a hassle and a mundane ritual, you will stress while praying. However, if you view your prayers as moment to take a pause in your day, relax, and thank your Creator for the blessings in your life, your prayers will be something that you will look forward to.
