Yes, anyone can practice Islam. The LGBTQIA+ community is proof of Allah’s (SWT) knowledge, wisdom, and power over all things. The quoted verse was for a specific community with specific sins at a specific time in history. We have bigger issues, such as collaboration with demon-worshiping, baby-eating Zionists and the yankee empire. may allah swt guide all of us to the straight path.
