Yes of course
I would because it’s a cultural celebration. No one is worshipping satan, idk where Muslims came up with this. And if you think it’s still haram becuase of its Christian origins, then to that I say Halloween is just as Christian as telling your friend “hey, let’s meet on January 3rd” since this uses the Christian calendar.
